using our YouSendIt dropbox

For your convenience, we offer our YouSendIt dropbox for sending artwork. In the event that you cannot ship your files on a CD/DVD (recommended), you can upload them electronically via YouSendIt.

Instructions:

  1. Compress all your files into a .ZIP or .SITX file (please include a PDF for layout if possible). Name the compressed file your "Company Name Project Name" (i.e., Sprint TEC 2010).
  2. NOTE: please make sure your compressed file is no larger than 2GB.
  3. Go online to http://dropbox.yousendit.com/CreativeDisplays.
  4. Complete the form, and attach your compressed file using the "Select a file" field.
  5. Click the "Send It" button to begin the file upload.
  6. After the upload is complete, please e-mail your Creative Displays representative (files must be completely uploaded before we begin downloading or the files may corrupt).

Please note: Large file sizes may create delays in download – this does not count as production time. For files over 2GB, please have them shipped to our offices on CD/DVD.
